מצד אחד - אני לא מוצא איפה כתוב שאתה יכול לקבל את הכסף שלך בחזרה.

מצד שני - לא כתוב בשום מקום משהוא על אי-החזרת כסף אם אתה עובר על התקנון. כתוב רק שאם אתה עובר עליו, מותר להם לנטרל לך את החשבון, ואפילו למחוק את כל מה שעליו.

תגיד להם בצורה יפה, קוראים למה שהם עושים גניבה,לא כתוב כלום בתקנון - ואתה רשאי לקבל את כספך בחזרה.

I have violated the TOS, therefor you may unactivated my account, and even delete its content. Nowhere on the TOS does it say that if you violate the TOS, you cannot get the 30-day refund.

I didn't mean to violate it - i just used up the CPU.
I didnt know how much CPU% I would take.
Now, you say i cant pass 15% CPU usage - well, thats only a percent.
How should i know if I am hosted on a P4 or a Dual Quad Xeon?
Also, you TOS clearly states every hosting plan is liable to 30% CPU Usage.

STOP fooling around, give me my money back - which i deserve.

Now i didn't want to make any threats, but my friend is traveling with his family to the US this summer. It just so happen's his father deal's with internet law. He's licensed in US and Israel. Is a US Citizen, and is going to be over 2.5 months there. I think we can make 1+1 here, Kapish?
