שאלה|הגבלת קבצים להורדה

"תגביל" את מהירות ההורדה ותשלח חלקים חלקים ובסוף תדע שהוא סיים להוריד.

אין לי מושג איך עושים את זה.

מצאתי כמה מדריכים השאלה היא אם המשתמש סוגר את דף האינטרנט (ההורדה עדיין תופיע במהירות שקבעתי?)

השאלה היא האם זה פותח למשתמש חלון הורדה רגיל,
כמו בכל הורדה ?
