בעיה בעוגיה (cookie)

למה זה לא יוצר לי את ה cookie ברגע שמסמנים את ה checkbox הוא צריך ליוצר לי את ה cookie
הוא מעביר אותי לדף שהגדרתי לו ברגע שמסמנים את checkbox אבל זה לא יוצר לי cookie
