שוב שאלה ב CSS וב DIV

אני לא מומחה גדול ב div ואני עוזר לחבר שלי לעשות אתר (עבודה לבית ספר)

שמתי לב שיש מרווח בין הטבלה לבין סוף הדף וביגלל זה לפי דעתי זה עושה תגלגלת
