בעיה עם .htaccess

תראו יש לי את הקוד הבא:

Options +FollowSymLinks
Options +Indexes
RewriteEngine On
RewriteRule index.php index.html

מה שרציתי לעשות זה בעצם שכאשר נכנסים ל index.html זה יהיה index.php
ואז שאני נכנס ל index.html, יש לי את הבעיה הבאה:

או [301]

לא מומלץ לשים את השורה RewriteBase /, תיצור בעיות בהנחה שזה לא ROOT PATH.
