השגיאה שמופיעה :

אז איך אני יכול לכתוב את זה הרי אם אני יכתוב

זה לא יעבוד ..

הפלת אותי, וכל אחד שמנסה לעשות אתר תיקני.
marquee הוא לא חוקי מבחינת W3C.
אין לזה תחליף, שום דבר..
לכן, לא ניתן לתקן את הקוד.

בW3C רשום שצריך לעשות שם לפני המקרווי <frameset>

אי אפשר, כי הframeset לא יכול להיות בתוך דף עם body
ככה שאיך שלא תנסה להכניס marquee זה לא יעבוד לך.
