לפני כשבוע קניתי אחסון מחו"ל כעת אני לא מרוצה ממנו ואפילו חסם לי את החשבון הוא אומר שעברתי על תקנון שאומר "שהישתמשתי ב85% CPU שמותר לי רק 15%" ואני סגרתי איתו ש30 יום נסיון ויחזיר לי את הכסף

אני רוצה לקבל את הכסף בחזרה יש לך רעיון איך אני מוציא את הכסף?

עתק ממכתב ששלח לי:
We would like to inform you that your account has been suspended due to high amount of server CPU usage and Memory usage. You have used more than 85% CPU usage where as we only support only 15% for shared hosting site. As a part it is violation of Term and Condition we are not giving your money back to you.

But we can reactivate your account but if such thing happened again, you will lead to permanent suspension.

Please note that violation of our Term and Condition can not offer money back guarantee. So, we will not pay the money back to you. Its only applicable for good and running hosting customer. Thank you.
