בעיה, פתיחת שרת לCSS

פתחתי שרת CSS
הכול פעל טוב ומתי שאני עושה את פקודת ההרצה
זה מראה לי בעיה-
Failed to open bin/dedicated_i686.so (/lib/libpthread.so.0: version `GLIBC_2.3.2' not found (required by bin/tier0_i486.so))
Add "-debug" to the ./srcds_run command line to generate a debug.log to help with solving this problem

ניסיתי גם להביא אותו קובץ משרת שעובד, ועדיין יש את הבעיה
