CSS תקין (עזרה)

שלום.
אני רוצה לעבוד על פי התקן של W3C...הכל טוב ויפה בבדיקת HTML וזה אבל כשאני בודק CSS יש לי את זה:

בסדר אבל אצלך הוא כותב שהכל תקין עם אזהרות וזה אבל אצלי הוא לא כותב שהכל תקין...הכוונה לזה:

הכוונה היא שנתת להם טקסט והם לא ינפיקו לקובץ שמתחיל בfile:// אישור כזה.. תחשוב בהיגיון
