שימוש ב google_language

בדיוק התכתבי עם התמיכה של גוגל לפני מספר ימים בנושא שפת המודעות, אז שאלתי אותם אתמול לגבי זה, וזו תשובתם כפי שנשלחה אלי במייל :

אם הוספתי ללא utf-8 ולמרות זאת הוא מציג לי פרסומות, זה בסדר?
או שבכל זאת להפוך?
